Leg Cramps After Long Flight, Bleeding Nose, Pressure Around Temples, Giddiness, Headache. DVT?

hello my name is jackie borg female 47 years ov age sunday the 16 ov june returned from honolulu ten hour flight the last two hours ov flight i started getting cramps in legs then had a bleeding nose with a lot ov pressure around my temple area i still have achey legs headache and giddeness do u think it is a case ov dvt

Your symptoms are more in favour of acute mountain sickness, for those who ascend to high altitudes due to pressure changes in air results in headache, giddiness and other symptoms. You can take analgesics like paracetamol 500 mg for pain relief. Cramps in leg could be due to dehydration, take lot of liquid and do regular walking exercises. Chances of DVT is negligible in your case, DVT is common in those who are bed ridden for more than 4 to 5 days. DVT presents with swollen leg, severe pain , bulging veins on legs, painful leg movements. You need not have to worry for DVT. Have a good health.
