Left Upper Outside Thigh Has Deep Lines Without Color While Suffering Stage 4 Colon Cancer

I have stage 4 colon cancer and recently my left upper outside thigh has deep lines as if looking at a series of veins without color? They overlap each other like railroad tracks and have pain that is weakening and burning at many times. any idea what cause this?

Hi

After hearing your history i feel the veins that have appeared on your left upper outside thigh are sclerosed veins.

Cholesterol deposit in wall of these veins and calcium deposits in this cholesterol leads to hardening of blood Vessels wall and it lost it's elasticity so called sclerosed.

I would advise you to go for in ultrasound guided sclerotherapy where ultrasound is used to visualize the underlying vein so the physician can deliver and monitor the injection.

For pain you can apply thrombophob ointment locally.
