hi. i have been having left sided pain , cramping while urinating , dark yellow urine just once a day , rest of the times it is mostly clear. But at the end of the urine stream , few drops that flow backwards towards the perinuem fall as whitish drops in the toilet bowl, and also had one or two thread like / mucus specks occasionally in last few weeks. i hav a h/o renal stones in the past.. i got an ultarsound done 2 days back, it came normal, no hydronephrosis no stone.. all fine ... urine culture is negative, protein dipstick negative...i feel it can be candidial.. due sexual activity , but why the cramping on left side... could it be a normal thing in pre menstrua; period as i am expecting my periods in a day or two
