Left side of the stomach hurts, muscle pain, lightheaded with fever. Should I worry ?

Hi. For three days I ve had a fever but I ve felt freezing cold . Everytime I breathe in the left hand side of my stomach hurts. My heads is banging and when I stand up it gets worse. I ve eaten this morning and vomitted ten minutes later. Every muscle aches and if I move to fast I go light headed. I ve had a blocked nose and a dry throat ever since. Is this something to worry about?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms you are having are likely to be due to a generalized viral infection. Rest, plenty of fluids, healthy diet, acetaminophen, steam inhalation and a mild anti allergic usually help in taking care of the symptoms in 4-7 days.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
