Left Side Of Body Got Smaller After Gland TB. How To Make Sure That I Don't Have The Disease Anymore?

i had gland TB before 2 years and left side of my body got smaller, even the left side of my face and my nose is bent to left even my mouth , i took the medicine only for 3 months as i didnt have money to see the doc every month, now i am worried that i still have gland and bone tb , what should i do to make sure if i dont have the disease? I am 29 female
