Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Feeling of numbness and mild pain in your thigh is likely to be due to a nerve root compression at spinal cord level or due to nutriional deficiency. An MRI scan of spine and few blood tests will help in proper diagnosis.
You can consult a neurologist for a complete evaluation. Meanwhile consider having Vitamin B complex and Methylcobalamin supplements on a regular basis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
