Left hip pain and thigh cramps, post da Vinici hysterectomy. Bladder in correct position. what is the cause of pain ?

I have severe pain in my left hip tissue(not my hip bone) each morning when I get out of bed. It feels like a deep cramp that also is in my leg, mainly above the knee. I do a series of exercises until I can stand up straight. This pain began 4-weeks after I had a da Vinci hysterectomy and bladder m,oved up to proper position. What do you think causes my pain?I

The pain in the hip and thighs could be due to the muscle cramps caused as a side effect of the anaesthetics used during the surgery. An electrolyte imbalance can also cause such symptoms.
