Left Foot Injury, Swelling, Tightness On Wearing Sports Shoes. Causes And Treatment?

about an month ago a remote control i m guessing a gas powered one was being driven by some young kids. Not paying attention ran into my left side of foot now it keeps swelling off and on.Never went back to normal when I wear my tennis shoes it gets really tight or when i stand for a long time.What do you think is going on I have nt went to a doctor cause it s to expentive

Thanks for seeking advice.
Try the following things for a week-
1] Keep the affected foot elevated on 2-3 pillows at night.
2] Give hot fomentation to the affected foot.
3] Use an elastocrepe bandage to the affected foot.
Give rest to the foot for a week.
It should settle down by a week.
Take care.
