Left ear pains ,bubble like feeling at times.this pain increases after mobile usage

Please follow these instructions---

1- Dont use mobile phone continuously for long time at a stretch.

2- Change ears while using ur phone.

3- Dont listin mush music from ur phone.

4- use mid level conversation voice level.

5- Consult an ENT surgeon n get PTA done.

Hi Vani,

Avoid using mobile phone for a long time, as this will damage the nerves in the ear and cause pain. You can definitely use earphones with moderate volume if you are talking over for a long time or for short duration.
