Left Arm Pain, Unable To Sleep Because Of Pain, Lymph Nodes In Neck Swollen And Hurt. Reasons ?

hi im 19 years old and i went to sleep with back pains and my left arm in pain, through the night it got to the point where i couldn't sleep because of the pain. why i wake up the next morning my back and arm are still in pain, but now my lympe nodes in my neck are swollen and they hurt, and i have chest pain every time i breath

Is there fever also? It is most likely to be some infection (viral) and you must visit a doc. who will examine your neck gland and chest. Acute onset shows some viral origin and pain killers and antibiotics shall subside it, otherwise complete blood count must be done, along with ESR,CRP and Mantoux test, chest Xray
