pregnancy is very stressful condition and It's normal that they feel mild uncomfortable during this period. So first of all I must tell you as a husband you shouldn't get panic. Always try to reassure her. This moral support is very much important to her this period.
During pregnancy period nutritional requirement is high especially iron and calcium. That is why all most all pregnant mothers are given iron and calcium supplement through out the antenatal period and early postnatal period as well. If adequate iron requirement is not taken they may goes to anemic condition it may be present as lethargy , tiredness, restless like symptoms.

So my advise for you is consult a Obstetrician and he will do the basic investigation like blood Heamoglobin levels and will check her for any underneath disease.I'm sure he will prescribe some iron and calcium supplements for your wife. Same time you should encourage your wife to take iron and calcium rich foods.
Wish you a good health for both of you

as gestational age increases the demands of the baby also increases, so your wife should take diet not only for her for her baby also.
Every pregnant woman should take iron, folic acid tablets and calcium tablets along with good nutritious diet.
You didn't mentioned her treatment history, if she is already taking above medicines you encourage her to take good diet and little exercise like walking in the morning and evening for around 20 to 30 min.
Investigations like hemoglobin, blood pressure, blood sugar etc should be done and if any abnormality detected she has to be treated according to that.
And most of all you and other family members should give moral support to her and enquire whether she is worried about process of delivery. If so, let your gynecologist council her.
take care
