Lately Having More Hypothyroid Problems And Inconsistent BP. Are The Two Drugs Losartan And Levothyroxine Reacting?

I have been on 50MG of Losartan since May 2013 because my BP shot up over a few months. I also take 0.150MG of Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism. Both meds are 1 tab daily. Lately, I have had more hypothryoid symptoms and my BP is very inconsistent. A doctor's visit is coming up soon and I would like to know if a change of prescription would be something to ask about. Also, is there a chance that the 2 drugs are interacting? I do not sleep well and my body temp is haywire but not all the time. I am 73 and the GP says I need to watch my weight @ 5'4" & 175 lbs. I need some guidance for this next visit. Thank you.

You are taking losartan and levothyroxine. Drug interactions are common between losartan and levothyroxine. So your symptoms may be due to drug interaction. Consult your doctor and set the dosage and schedule accordingly.
