Late Periods. Negative Pregnancy Test. Feeling Of Being Punched In The Stomach, Dizzy. Could I Be Pregnant?

Hello, my name is Abby. I am currently 4 days late for my period. I took a test on Monday and it was negitive. I think it might have been to soon for it to read positive. I currently feel like I have been punched in the stomach , started getting really hot, threw up. Currently I still feel like I have been punched in the stomach and a little dizzy. Could I be pregnant?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms you have are suggestive of pregnancy. The test you did at 4 days overdue might be a false negative. You need to repeat the test after a week or get the serum beta HCG levels evaluated to know for sure.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
