Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

Are you taking treatment at your own or under supervision of your Gynecologist?

Menogon contains menotrophin. It is started within first 7 days of menstrual cycle and given daily IM/SC.

It is started in a dose to provide 75-150 u of FSH. Its dose is adjusted to get adequate response.

After adequate response, it is stopped and ovulation is induced by giving chorionic gonadotrophin 1-2 days later.

If ovulation is occurring naturally, there is no need of any medicine. If not occurring, please consult your Gynecologist for proper treatment of underlying cause.

To increase your chances of conception, prefer intercourse around ovulation day.

To identify ovulation day, you can use ovulation prediction kit.
