Hello and welcome to HCM,

Delay in periods is seen in normal cycles.
A normal menstrual cycle can be as short as 20 days and as long as 35 days.
You can observe your periods for few more months.
If the delay continues for longer period, you need to consult your gynecologist.
The delay can be due to hormonal imbalance.

There are many causes of blood in stools.
Blood in stools is associated with pain in the abdomen, so an infectious cause has to be ruled out at your age.
A stool sample examination is required.
Any infectious agent if present will be detected and thus can be managed accordingly.
If no infectious agent is identified, other causes e.g. irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, mesenteric ischemia etc have to be ruled out.

Thanks and take care
