Late Period, Light Spotting, Pain In Waist. Pregnancy?
My name is Blessing Adams, i had my period on Aprial 23rd 2012, my circle has always been 27 days, and the last time i had sex was on Sunday May 6th, today is 25th and still no period, except for a very light spointing. I intended to take a pregancy test today, but i am filling a some pain round my waist , please tell me what else can delay a menstral flow if not pregancy?

Hormonal imbalance is one common cause which presents with delay in the periods. Since the intercourse you had was in the fertile period I would suggest you solely depend on the urine pregnancy test .If the test is negative then it confirms the fact that the problem is due to hormonal imbalance.

Pregnancy is one of the causes for a missed period .. But the other most common cau, and ses are stress , hormonal disturbance nd anaemi that is iron deficiency due to poor dietary intake..
so betr u get a urine test for Pregnancy..
