Hi, With so many negative pregnancy tests it is unlikely that you could have conceived and it is more likely that you may have a hormonal imbalance. Yet, you can get your serum beta-hCG levels assessed to give a definite confirmation along with a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the situation. If pregnancy can be excluded, it is a breakthrough bleed that you are experiencing and this should be corrected by hormone supplementation. Please see your gynecologist for further support. Hope this helps.
