Late Period. Having Lower Back Pain, Cramps, Cloudy Yellow Urine. Pregnancy Test Negative. Too Early For Test?

hello! my period is five days late, ive been having lower back pain, painful cramps, loss of appetite and today noticed that my pee is very yellow and cloudy ..ive take two pregnancy tests including one today and it says negative....my stomach feels swollen ..like usually before i get my period but i still havent....is it too early to be taking a pregnancy test?

Thanks for the query.

Some pregnancy test can detect the pregnancy one week after the missed period.
So you wait for few more weeks.
Possibly by that time either you can get the periods or the test can give positive result.
If both of these do not happen even after one week, better to consult gynecologist once.
After getting evaluated you can take tablets for withdrawal bleeding.
Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment.
