If you had last sex on 19th june and last menses was on 29th june then there is no chance to get pregnant.The other causes of delayed menses can be hormonal imbalance;thyroid problems;mental stress;PCOS (cyst in ovaries) etc.So if you are having delay please consult a doctor and she may advise you medicines to make the periods regular and if needed investigation to find the reason for the delay.
