Large Movable Lump On Left Breast, Pain On Touching, Irregular Vaginal Bleeding, Sexually Active. Treatment?

I m 48 just noticed a limp about their size of a small lime in my left breast . It is movable and has dull pain when touched. Also have had irregular vaginal bleeding for 2 months. In a relationship and having unprotected sex in that relationship.have had some weight gain in the past 2 months. But also have been drinking a little more and unfortunately just started smoking 2 months ago due to high stress.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Better to consult gynecologist once, go for physical examination.
And you may need:
-Sonomammography and FNAC to detect the actual nature of the lump in the breast.
-Ultrasound to diagnose the possible causes for irregular periods.
-Estimation of prolactin levels and thyroid profile.
With this workup the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
Better to quit smoking and alcoholism.
Take care.
