Recently we had tested her Urine and they found that she had Leukocytes. She has had 3 lots of anti biotics prior to this. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The lump in the neck most probably seems like an enlarged lymph node. To confirm the cause an FNAC of the lump may be done.

Having leukocytes is the urine suggests UTI and is quite common.

Encourage her to drink more of fluids. There is no need for another course of antibiotic now.

I wish her quick recovery.

Regards,
