Large Lump In Between The Butt Cheeks, Soft On Top, Extremely Hard Under. What Is This ?

Hi my name is AAAAA
I have a very painfully and extremely large lump Inbetween the but checks it's not on the hole however it's about 3/8 of an inch away.
It's very pain full and getting bigger buy the day it's at the point where I can't sit. The thing is almost 2 inc long and 1 inch wide.
It's soft on top and extremely hard under what feels like a fluid of some sort

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you mentioned in your , this may be fistula in anus.
2nd reason may be frunclitis ( pyoderma) due to bacterial infection.
If diabetic than consider for diabetic infection ( super added).
May be due to worm infestation.
Consult a surgeon and get his opinion as physical examination is very important in this case.
