Large Cluster Of Small Red Bumps On Upper Labia On Both Sides

Hey I am 18 and have been with one partner for 6 months straight and before had protected sex but I have a large cluster of small red bumps on my upper labia manior kinda on either side of my clit. They do not itch more than normal nor do they hurt. Can this be a std? Can this come from not wearing underwhere? Also there are no bumps on my vagina or around.
