Firstly, the symptoms you told , indicates an inflammatory condition which occurred may be due to any infective agent like bacteria. This is supported by presence of lymph
node in inguinal region. A palpable lymph node in groin is always due to reactive hyperplasia
, not otherwise specified.
So, you are suffering from infection in the labial region. Most probably it is a cellulitis
What you will do?
Do the followings.
1. Consult with a gynecologist for a thorough clinical examination.
2. You have to take cephalosporin
group of antibiotcs for a quick response. Consult with the gynecologist for a specific trade-name, and dose distribution.
3. Take a pantoprazole
group of drug.
