Lactating Mother Having Hot And Cold Flashes At Night, Sore Breasts. No Fever. Why?

All night I had hot and cold flashes. To the point where I was sweating buckets, to totally shivering . I don t have a fever, but I don t have some nausea . Also, my left breast (the inner side) has been very very sore! It s not red, hard or unusually warm. I am nursing my 10 1/2 month old son as well, but have never has this pain.
