Lack Of Diet, Underweight, Breastfed. On Iron Drops. Help?

Hi doctor.. My 13 months old son has always been a very fussy eater.. He'll eat for one day and wont eat anything for the next few days.. He is quite underweight(8.5kgs). He has been exclusively breastfed since birth.. And now also he just wants milk.. We have been giving him iron drops as per our pediatrician's advice. Please suggest.
