hello...i have kub ultrasound and result is bilateral microlithiasis,pelvocalyceal fullnes right,and unremarkable sonogram of the urinary bladder ..thank you best regards jennette

Hi Jannette,
It seems that you have kidney stones, and fulness of right pelvicalyceal system could be due to obstructing stone in the ureter, which is the tube connecting kidney and urinary bladder, and this could explain colicky pain. I would suggest you to drink lot of water and hopefully flush out stones when they are very small, almost at level of sand so to say. Even homeopathy has some good medicines to offer.
