Hi,
It seems that you are having Osteo-artheritis changes in your cervical vertebrae, shoulder joint and knee joint.
Go for x-ray of knee joints and shoulder joints.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Physiotherapy like Patellar exercise, shoulder joint exercise and diathermy will help you a lot.
Avoid squatting, cross legs.
Take some branded Calcium, vitamin A, D supplements.
Ok and take care.
