Knee Pain, Popping Knee, Feels Tight. What Is The Problem And Remedy?
Hi, I was playing volley ball about 5 years ago when i started to feel pain in my knee but i refused to stop and awhile later it was so intense but i still refused to stop when suddenly it was like my knee went sideways and i landed flat on my face with terrific knee pain. Since that time sometime while kneeling my knee will slip out of joint and i will have to kick my leg out strait to pop it back in. This will come and go. I am 32 and my knee is still hurting me and feels tight but has not popped out for maybe 6 months. Can you help me know what my problem is and how I should remedy it? Thanks! Evan
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. FORUM. Injury of knee divided into 4 types as , 1===ligaments injuries, 2===menisci injuries, 3===Extensor apparatus ( the muscles which surrounds knee joint), 4===Femur ( upper bone) & tibia ( lower bone). The knee joint is the main ( major ) weight bearing joint of our body, hence most liable to injury as happened in your case. So please upload the X ray reports of knee joint and there after it will be possible to treat the joint. Good luck. Dr. HET
