Knee Pain, Xrays Normal, Hydroxyvitamin D 12ng/ml, Gemcal, Uprise D3 60k. Suggestion?

I was suffering from pain (not very severe) in knees sometimes for past few months, my orthopaedic suggested some tests and xrays....all were normal except for the 25 hydroxy vitamin D - it was 12 ng/ml..i have been advised Gemcal for 3 months and Uprise D3 60K (8 pills) for alternate days (16 days)....kindly suggest any side effects

Your vit d3 level is very low. Calcium and vit d3 supplements as advised by your orthopaedic is appropriate. These drug having no any side effect. So continue under your doctor supervision.
