Hello,
You should not be peculiar of the toilet habbits as toilet is a normal thing and which should not be tried to decrease. Yes if there is burning or frequency has increased and after each time you go to toilet you feel like you have not completely done then you must go to Urologist for examination and take treatment for that.
For you leg pains you must try to change your foot wear and take a soft and light weight footwear .
