Knee joint pain, abscess discharge, breast abscess, mild fever. Increased neutrophil count, leucocytosis. History of knee infection due to foreign body. Treatment?

a 33 year old lady with history of previous foreign body in the right knee developed infection after frequent manipulation for that foreign body. Few months later she developed left knee joint pain and abscess discharge. Thereafter she developed brast abscess and discharge. She had mild fever and leucocytosis and increase neutrophil count.

if abscess then incision and drainge operation should be done and try to be made to extract out foreign body under a C ARM MACHINE.
