Knee Is Inflamed, Swollen. Feel Light Headed, Dizzy. Suggestions On Why The Knee Is Filling With Fluid?

my knee is VERY inflamed and swollen ( kinda "numb" too). When this happens, I always end up light headed and dizzy. No joke, I'm worried. I ended up with Kaiser Permanente and, believe me, I don't think that they're very good. The doctors there never seem to "listen" to your concerns. It's sad that American medical care has come to this. I'm scared and don't know what to do. I'm now "juicing" and am trying to get myself in better shape. But I fear that the needed dietary changes may have come too much, too little, too late. I have diabetes up the wazoo, my arteries and blood vessels have probably seen better days,.. I need a cat-scan of the arteries in my legs, chest, and neck. It's just a matter of getting the lazy docs at Kaiser to "DO" anything! I grew up in a very fine home. My Dad was a corporate business owner. I know what "good medical care" is, ( I used to get some of the very BEST)and it DEFINITELY ain't found at KAISER! Right now I'm just praying to GOD, because I don't know what else to do!! A "pitiful situation" indeed! Any ideas as to why my knee is filling with fluid and my head simultaneously feels "dizzy!? I'm badly frightened and I definitely DO NOT have faith in the odd-ball doctors @ Kaiser!

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hello dear friend
i have studied your case
what is your age?

there can be meniscus or ligament injury

you need MRI knee
if your age is more than 50 yrs
you are suffering from knee osteoarthritis ,may be specially patello-femoral arthritis
at your age process of degenaration starts and lead to cartilage damage
take some analgesic , cartilage protecting medicine

mean while take rest ,climbing stairs is going to aggrivate pain so try to avoid that

physio - SWD USG TENS
quadriceps exersizes

If knee swelling is huge it needs aspiration
