Hello Dear
I have read your query in detail, It seems that you have meniscus tear or ligamuntum tear of the knee joint. Consult your orthopedics and go fir MRI knee joint to rule out ant ligamuntum injury or soft tissue injury of the joint.
Till that wipe the joint with elastic bandage while walking and paining. Do regular exercise of the joint by consulting your physiotherapist. If you have swelling than keep the part elevated. Hot fermentation can help in reducing pain. Rest of the treatment can be planned on the basis of MRI report.
Hope you got the answer to your query.
Best Wishes
