Kindly give some health tips so that I can feel fresh in the morning for exercise

hi, my age 31 yrs, wt 55 kg. Ht. 5.2 . I am a working lady, timings 9.30 to 6, and leave my home in morning after having a glass of milk, carry breakfast, lunch with me and eat whenever gets time. Now in this age, i have started getting slight pain in my knee joints also. I have one child female of 2.9 yrs - she takes feed in the night and irritating sometime. Moreover she sleeps late at night around 1 to 2 pm. Due to which sleep is also not proper. Kindly give some health tips so that i can feel fresh in the morning and get time for exercise and health care

For pain in knee joint you can take rhus tox 30 4 tabs 3 times in day .and regarding other complaints you can follow these steps.
you have not mentioned where do you leave your baby during your office hours.
You do not allow your baby to sleep during day time .let her play all the time during day so she will get sleep during night.Moreover now she is 2.9 yrs old so you can start weaning her and thus you will not have to feed her during night so you will get proper sleep and will wake up fresh.

thanks for choosing health care magic.This is story of young working class today.So you are not alone.It is good that you have woke to it and wants do something for your self.First of all stop feeding your baby.This is not the age to breast feed the child.And what she is getting is just psychological satisfaction of getting attached to you practically no nutrition.this is the reason for sake of feeding she may be sleeping late.Secondly try to have breakfast in morning with some fruits and salads.At a fixed time you have to have your lunch.In after noon with a cup of tea/coffee have some biscuits .Try to wake up early in morning by 30 minutes for time to do some light exercise you may walk inside the home,skipping rops etc.Go to sleep early at night .make your child go sleep early and you need minimum 6-7 hours of sleep for you to remain fresh.You may not be able to put practice all of this at a time but you will be doing fine soon.Have light dinner at night and with your partner go for a light walk.this will give time to relax with your husband and child.ok buy.enjoy the life to fullest.
