I am affected with TB by Chest pain (through water filled in chest) last sep-2009, Now I have to complete my six months DOTS course, Kindly advise me , Now I want to marry shortly, kindly give me advise about diet, and active way for physically fit. Regards, Vijender

With the completion of dots, they do one more test to confirm if you fully recovered. And if that comes as negative then there shall not be any problem. And after that you should take a very good diet to improve your lost weight.

In this types of cases stop smoking, drinking, late nits.

Eat lots of fresh vegetable,fruts and dont eat to much of oily things.

Mixed egg, honey,milk nd drink every morning insted of tea.
