Kindly Advice Me About A Prostate Exam
I have not had a thorough physical ever. My last physical was a brief one over twenty years ago. I have finally found a doctor I am comfortable with. She has only seen me once briefly. I am scheduled for a physical with her. I am concerned about the testicular and prostate exam. Mainly getting an erection and possibly ejaculating during the prostate exam. It has take me a long time to find a doctor I think I can work with. I do not want to offend her. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thank you.

you have not mentioned your age it is not undersyood the reason for physical exam ,that too examinations of testes and prostate exam
is it for some medical examination for some service
a doctor will not mind any arousal on your part during examination. as a professional a doctor knows that this thing can happen and doctor is prepared for it
there is nothing to be worried about it .
it only will confirm that you are a normal man with normal sexual development
may be that you may need some control over your mind
wish you healthy life
