Jumped Off Swing, Sharp Pain In Feet, Pain On Walking, Bruising In Veins. Treatment?

Yesterday i jumped off the swings and i didn t bend my knees when i landed and i felt a really sharp pain in my feet that lasted for about 15 seconds. This morning i woke up and my one foot hurts a lot when i walk and there s a vein that looks like it s starting to bruise . Did i pop a vein in my foot when i didn t land correctly ?

thanks for ur query on HCM
u may have bruise on landing areas
should have a x-ray of foot to see if there is any bruise
give rest to the foot
take pain killers
apply hot fomentation on that area
apply heparin gel...it may be of help
i think if u dont have any fracture u ll be releived by these procedures
but make sure that there is no fracture
thank u
