Joint Pain, Difficulty In Walking, Blurred Vision. Having Fibromyalgia. Suggestions?

I am concerned about my 20 year old granddaughter. She has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Additional she has joint pain, and sometimes cannot walk. She usually uses a cane. She is constantly in pain, and sometimes tremors from it. Today her vision is blurred and she says her head feels heavy. I am not at all sure the fibro diagnosis is correct. She has some of the symptoms, but also has RA symptoms. Her parents have just take her to the ER. What should they ask the Drs there?
