Joint Pain And Parasthesia In Foot, Vision Changes, Sleeplessness. Taking Nexium And Ranitide. Problem?

I have been on nexium 40 mg in AM and Ranitidine in the PM for 6 weeks for silent reflux. Endo 3 weeks ago was perfect. I am 64 and exercise 7 days a week. Past 2 weeks I developed joint pain and some paresthesia in my rt foot. I noticed some vision changes. Also difficulty falling asleep. Very rare for me. Just feel generally not my self. Sort of like coming down with the flu. I am an RN with 40 years of experience. I left a message for the gastroenterologist. The triage nurse was familiar with these symptoms. I stopped drugs today.
