Ive Had Frequently Sudden Bloody Nose And Minor Headaches. What Could Be Cause Of This ?

Hi, i am 19 and work the grave shift. Ive had a really bad and frequently sudden bloody nose followed with a very annoying headace (it dosent hurt so much as it is annoying). im a female casion porter im thinking it could be anything such as dust, smoke, anything hopefully nothing bad. Plz help any suggestions would be its really embarrasing walking around all night with with blood all over my uniform. It also happens often outside of work.

You have sudden bleeding per nostril with headache, Right ?
Please get your Blood Pressure Checked(particularly when bleeding) and get checked by an ENT surgeon for DNS and sinusitis. It will also come out if you do an X-Ray PNS (waters view). If everything comes normal, get your coagulation profile done (BT,CT, PT, aPTT and platelet count),These will reveal your diagnosis.
