Itchy White Patch Above Eyebrow. Used Hydrocortisone, Bio Oil. How To Cure?

Hi, I have for the last 2 months noticed a white patch that has appeared above my eye brow. I have seen a GP and he has given me anti fungal to treat for ringworm but it has done nothing. The patch is getting bigger at a slow pace. There appears to be redness in the middle of the white patch. I have used hydrocortisone and bio oil and it's not done anything to help. It is sometimes quite itchy too. Can you help?
