Hello I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon
On the basis of information provided it appears you are suffering form infection (possibly viral, may be bacterial).Possibly it started as acute upper respiratory tract
infection and then progressed to involve chest.
I would advise you for X ray
Chest, sputum examination and blood test
and a ENT consultation. On the basis of the reports , you may further require biopsy
form the bumps in the oral cavity for diagnosis.
I am not sure whether acupressure would work on it (as I am not a expert of this science). But I am sure this can be treated by modern medicine.
I hope this answers your concerns. Feel free to contact me if your need more information on this
With warm regards
