Itchy Sore On Left Side Of Anus, Bleeding, Foul Smell. Washed With Warm Water. Treatment?
I have a itchy sore on the left part of my butt crack and I squeezed it thinking it was a pimple . It drew a lil blood and I washed the area with warm water,however there was a foul smell. Again tonight I was checking it and it still has the same foul smell. I dont want to infect it by using soaps or powders. What do you suggest?

Itchy sore over the side of anus along with bleeding and foul smell indicates it is a anal fissure or fistula.use of antibiotic both oral and topical may cure it temporarely.but consult a surgeon for permanent treatment
