Itchy Scrotum, Pain In Urethra, Burning In Urethra, Had Rough Sex. What Could Be This?

Hi there. I had sex last night for about four hours. The other player is std free. The sex was pretty rough on my penis i.e. squeezing at the base and up the shaft to stay erect. It was pretty much tortoured. Now today i have a scrotum that feels vey itchy and almosr fel sunburned. Also my urethra is in wicked pain. Its a really bad burning in all my urethra. Whats going on here. Is it just the package got over worked or should i be in to see the urologist? Please help thx Jerry

It seems that due to long and rough sex you might got some soft tissue injury in urethra, penis and scrotum giving rise to this problem.
Consult sexologist and get examined.
You might require antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Avoid sex for about a week and give rest to genitals.
Take plenty of water.
