Itchy Red Dots On Penis,some Of It Scabbing. What Is This Disease ?

I have red dots on my penis they are very itchy thought it might have came from the river maybe a cat ring worm posion ivy posion oak idk... it stared as a bunch of red dots like bug bites now its spreading like a rash very itchy scabing up at some spots maybe from itching so much ??? What could it be it wont go away iv had it for almost 2 months now

Hi. Thanks for posting at HCM.

Seems from your description that you could be having scabies. Itchy red spots due to scabies may be present in the genital region(penis and scrotum), lower abdomen, thighs, chest and back as well.

Are their any other family members affected with similar complaints?Is the itching more at night?

I would advice that you consult a skin specialist who would be in a better position to make a diagnosis having examined you visually.
