Itchy Rash On Hands, Arms, Feet, Back. Causes Discomfort

I have had a rash that is itchy and looks like mosquito bites and only appears primarily on my hands, arms, feet, and back, but only appears sometimes. it is very uncomfortable and happens to me at all different times of the day or night and at all different locations, especially when I am stressed.
The spots seem to scab over although I am not really scratching them much.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for posting your query.

From your description, it seems to be a case of hypersensitivity to a single mosquito bite, like an allergy to it.

We refer to it as autoeczematization.

The treatment for it would be taking an anti histamine like levocetrizine tablet and application of a steroid antibiotic combination cream like mometasone furoate and fusidic acid.

This will help resolve the rash and the itching.

Take care
