Itchy Rash In Crotch, Hips And Back, Bumps. On Benadryl. Will She Feel Better?

My friends daughter has an itchy rash that started in her crotch and moved to crashes in leg and then sides (hips and back). She says it itches and the bumps are small like a bunch of ant bites. No fever or other signs of illness I told her to take some Benadryl and change to looser fitting pants to see if its contact rash.

Hi,
It seems that this is an allergy wearing tight, synthetic cloths.
Due to this type of wearing, perspiration does not evaporated and produces wet, humid atmosphere leading to rash, dermatitis or fungus to grow.
Advice her to use cotton and loose wear.
for rash she can take Benadryl or Cetrizine as and when required.
Ok and take care.
