Itchy Lump In Breast, Sore When Pushed. Should I Be Concerned?

I am 34 yrs old. I feel a small lump in my breast and it has an itchy feeling. Not on the skins surface but underneath the skin where the lump is. It does not hurt but is slightly sore when I push on it to determine the size of the small lump. It feels like it is about the size of a pea. Should I be concerned? Of course my first thought was breast cancer but could it be something else?

Hi!. Thanks for the query. I think it may be a simple Fibroadenoma which can be treated medically and do not need surgery. But still, if possible see a General surgeon who will be helpful. Take care.
