Itchy Bumps On Back, Arm, Chest. No Bugs Found. What Is It?

Hello, I was about to go to sleep last night and I felt a little itchy. I started scratching out of habit then I felt a bump, got up and looked in the mirror and had a huge bump on my back. I then woke up with a few more bumps on my back, arm, and the upper region of my chest. About 9 bumps in total, I don't think it's bed bugs because I had them once and I got bit multiple times every night, and this is the first time I've had bumps, and we didn't see any bugs tonight cleaning my mattress and room. Any help would be appreciated.

Dear friend,
i would like to ask u whether these itchy bumps are transient meaning they appear and disaapear in few minutes to hours or they are permanent ?

u got some sort of infection like sore throat, running nose, abdominal pain or burning micturition prior to it ?

If transient, then it can be a condition called urticaria where one gets itchy red colored transient eruptions over body.
If so, you can take one tablet levocetrizine at night time atleast for 2 weeks continously and one tablet of fexofenadine in the morning.

you can get your complete hemogram and urine routine and microscopy done.
